Nigerian singer popularly known as dimmy cool, has been making waves with his music lately crowning up with his newest single Mermaid that is presently trending in Africa ! The Instagram sensation artist has this very song topping mix-tapes in Nigeria as well as south africa. 

Dimmy cool in an interview with 360musiz shared a light on the meaning of this song due to reasons of most of it's lyrics being in Yoruba language of west Africa, he shared his views to make people understand what's their playlist crush ! 

"the term he said “oluweri magbojo”(mermaid) was derived from an old Yoruba movie! 

also oluweri magbojo in the song was talking about pretty females and as you know no ugly mermaids” 

I believe in divine love and not giving up on whoever you love. 

Well the story line is pretty obvious falling in love with a mermaid and the world being against it but never giving up. So to sum it all up never give up on love be it mermaid or whatever !
